Spa Man 58 Killed When Car Hits Disabled Truck
Coroner reports Jatin Sachs aged 58 of Cambridge Springs died from chest and head injuries after his auto struck the rear of a tractor trailer parked on Route 97 in Summit Town ship. Richard Brown of Braddock, truck owner driver, said his truck lights were on with reflectors on the highway. Witnesses described limited visibility due to the truck's position and reflections. Police await statements to determine possible charges against Brown.
