A two vehicle collision on Route 6 near the Corry Jamestown plant injured Edward Tryon 51 of Buffalo and James Kasper 22 of Columbus. Tryon suffered multiple rib fractures and arm lacerations and Kasper a forehead laceration and possible right arm fracture. Total damage about 6100.
Union City state police report three employees at Molded Fiber Glass Boat Co. facing larceny charges and conspiracy. The State Highways Department said it is mailing out checks totaling 1.11 million to Pennsylvania's 2,359 municipalities as their final 1963 share of liquid fuels taxes. The first payments last April totaled 27.2 million. Under the law, 25 percent must be spent on highway improvements with the rest usable for maintenance labor and highway materials including snow fencing.
Donald Wilkins of Saegertown was injured at the Minute Man service station when struck and pinned between two cars then run over.
