Clement M. Shannon 45 of 56 Mapleshade Avenue Falconer died from carbon monoxide poisoning after a car engine ran in a garage. Jamestown firefighters and Dr. Claire Culver responded, but revival efforts failed. Mrs. Shannon found the body at 4:20 PM after returning home from 2:30 PM.
