Erie Youths Stone Woman in Unprovoked Attack
Three youths were taken into custody after allegedly attacking a 64 year old woman, Martha Beamish, with rocks, breaking windows at her east Erie home. She was hospitalized at St. Vincent with chest, stomach, and facial injuries and expected to be released today. Police described the attack as unprovoked.

Drug theft at Fairview doctor's office under probe
Fairview police and state troopers investigate a burglary at Dr. Matthew A. Ann's office.
