Scranton Names Aide to Cabinet in Transition
Gov elect Scranton will name another cabinet member during a three day Harrisburg visit to meet key legislators and smooth a transition. Walter Alessandroni remains his only cabinet appointee as attorney general. Scranton aims to unify the GOP with Scott as favored candidate, while PMA Blue Bell opposition looms. He also discussed civil service extensions beginning with temporary agencies and long term programs.
