Clymer community notes on Thanksgiving events and gatherings
Local groups in Clymer held Thanksgiving programs, meals, and showers at various homes including Legters, Beckerink, and Vrooman families. Volunteers like Celia Legters, Delia Legters, and Lou Fardink contributed solos and homemade dishes. Community members attended city mission showers, Dorcas and Mary Martha circle activities, Armistice Day dinners, and a large 57th annual oyster supper at Clymer Hill with multiple households hosting. Minor incidents noted include a four car accident in Olean with no injuries.
