Outdoor classroom guest speaker at Columbus PTA meeting
Robert Swanson Eisenhower High School science teacher and Ecolab head led a slide program on the outdoor classroom. He was joined by travel guides Guy Schultz and Miss Madeline Southwell. Mrs. Gerald Bensink led the business session. The principal introduced Miss Marlene Wells, a student teacher. First prize in room count went to Candy Crowell's third grade, second to William Kibler's sixth grade. Refreshments by Mrs. Albert Fox and fifth grade room mothers. Next month features a Christmas program and no January meeting. The next session is February 14.
