Killer Left Note In Family Bible
Franklin, Pa. AP Handwriting experts study a note found in an open Bible near Cyrene Manning 36 after she was stabbed twice in the side and once in the back at her Elk Street home. The note read The Golden Rule stab in the back and appeared not to be Manning’s. The Bible lay on a dining room table beside the kitchen, where her body was found. A pair of scissors missing from the modest 20 story frame home may be the weapon. The body was found at 12 05 p.m. by a neighbor who asked to quiet the dog and looked through a window.
