Possible Slate For State GOP Leaders Circulated
May name Sen. Chapman for president pro tempore and may name Sen. M Harvey Taylor as compromise if Baly retires under a deadlock. Republicans could re-name Ira Tiss of Snyder as speaker if they gain control. Lichtenwalter would stay floor leader. Democrats would choose Cohen or Readinger or Scanlon for speaker depending on House control.
