Collision near Kane injures Kane resident
Kane Lenore Gillis of 111 Freeves street was badly bruised when her light sedan collided head on with an ice company truck on Route 6 about two miles east of Kane. The truck, driven by David Bloomquist, was passing a parked vehicle when the crash occurred. Gillis was shaken but not killed. The report notes the car wreck and ensuing injuries amid local road incidents and community notices.
