Jamestown Man Arrested on Fraudulent Check Charges
Emil Samuelson, 37, of Point, faces arraignment today before Peace Justice Tracy Greenland on charges of passing fraudulent checks totaling 140 dollars. He was arrested Thursday after complaints to Police Chief Michael Evan that he cashed checks at the Exchange and Carver Hotels Morrell Restaurant and the J Penny Company store. He was involved in multiple incidents prompting the arrest.
