A 36 year old man, identified as a former service member, shot and killed Marl aine Cox 31 near DuBois. He then fatally shot himself in a cottage assault. Cox died from two gunshot wounds while the assailant died after a self inflicted shot. Local authorities report a charge is filed against a Falls Creek man.
