Washington November . The government today cut the non military use of aluminum by about 46 percent starting in January. The order will likely cause some unemployment in specific factories but it allows industry to prepare and use substitutes. The plan does not remove aluminum from non military uses and distributes the remaining supply to non military users according to earlier year patterns.
