He is expected to carry his cabinet slate and program outline to Washington.
Rogers company to build large plant expansion at Dunkirk for the Dunkirk Radiator Corporation. First unit expected 200 by 450 feet and 500 tons steel, with occupancy by about March 18. Ship test car by January 1 and full operation for months to come.
