Clymer area farmer Ald Hayes 41 of R D 1 Clymer died this morning at Corry Memorial Hospital from a wooden splinter in his hand. He became ill last Saturday after the splinter embedded during farm chores. He was treated with antitoxin but allergic to horse serum. limited cow serum was available and a Philadelphia manufacturer supplied more. He was born in North Easton 1918, survived by wife Lucy, three daughters, two sons, and several siblings. Funeral will be at Spitzer Funeral Home Monday at 2 pm with burial in Holland Cemetery.

Area Hunter Found Dead Near Edinboro
