Pittsburgh to Map Integration Plan Faces City Schools

Seek Injunction To Terminate Teacher Strike In Armstrong County
Armstrong County school directors face contempt charges in court over bargaining with the Armstrong Education Association during a fourth strike in a year. A hearing also seeks an injunction to force 550 teachers back to work as wage and nonfinancial issues delay a contract.
