Judge frees vet crime offender to take job at hospital
Joseph Armstrong, 20, pleaded guilty to a February liquor-store robbery in Miami. Judge Al Sepe, calling it an environmentally motivated crime, released Armstrong from the Dade County Stockade and helped him secure a job as a student x ray technician at North Miami General Hospital. Armstrong says he will repay the community and plans to save for a home for his two young daughters.
