Haas v Erle railroad reversed by Supreme Court ruling

Meadville May 24 the Supreme Court reversed the lower court in Haas vs Erle railroad causing a new trial. Haas sought 20000 damages for injuries from locomotive steam exposure in 1911. The case drew attention as the author of the federal act defending the railroad was involved.
