UCLA Cage Star Booked Again On Drug Charge
UCLA guard Lucius Allen, national champion star, was booked with four friends on marijuana possession charges after police detected the odor following a traffic stop in Los Angeles. Officers said the incident occurred last night and are continuing investigations.

Erie County Jobs Rise While Unemployment Drops
Erie County employment climbs from 102 300 to 103 600 in fifty days with 3 300 unemployed the lowest April rate in 17 years. Manufacturing adds 200 jobs to 42 800 while 49 700 are employed overall. Week of April 16 shows 1 676 unemployment claims in Corry and Erie offices. 60 percent of claimants are women. Over 400 job openings exist with strong demand for trained or experienced workers and shortages in tool and die making auto mechanics and welders. Summer prospects look better than last year.
