Berlin May 24 Rotterdam dispatch says a British center opened American mail for Holland cities on board the American liner Philadelphia. The crew reported rifling of American tails upon the ship's arrival at Rotterdam.

Russian Battleship Pantelimon Destroyed in Black Sea

Berlin May 24 The Russian warship Pantelimon was sunk in the Black Sea. About fourteen hundred lives were lost including crew and troops aboard. The Pantelimon, a 12 800 ton battleship, 460 feet long, carried 731 men in its complement.

Bodies of Lusitania Victims Brought to New York

United Press reports that nine members of the Lusitania crew are brought to New York aboard Ameri can United, including Charles Frohman. Survivors on board include Dr Carl Foss Montana who claims the crew fired belts to escape, offering no resistance to passengers. He describes three hours in the water and looting of boats. Funeral for Mr Prokmanato to be held tomorrow at his brother's home.

Five Killed When Dredge Blew Up

Five men died when the dredge Delaware boiler exploded this morning near Dordestown. Four others were unharmed. The missing include Captain Mattie and Engineer Barley, along with Harry Brout and two children. Bodies not recovered, according to United Press.

Meeting of Commission Tonight Public Works and Street Lighting Agenda

The Washington Street paving ordinance seeks to pave from Menneylvania Windth to Bbwox street by the City Commission on the third and moat readings. Additional sensors for the trolley until work begins are planned, with fire protection and a second reading also on the agenda.
