Final rites for Burl E. Deane will be held at Bracken Funeral Home Friday at 2 p.m. Burial follows at Evergreen Cemetery in Union City. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
