Dunphis County Court granted a continuance to allow John W. Floyd to broaden his challenge to include all income of a blind pensioner. Floyd seeks to require the Department of Public Assistance to treat $350 from a matured life insurance policy as noncountable income for pension eligibility, while the department argues the combined total with a $1,000 railroad pension exceeds the annual earnings limit for blind recipients.
