Corsica lumberman L Budard, jailed on second degree murder and destruction of property in the Waldo Ditty killing, is released on $25 000 bail pending disposition of his state supreme court appeal heard September 25. He was sentenced to six to sixteen years for the crime committed September 13 at Corsica Coast operator Ditty.
