The service station and garage for automotive repairs will remain. The store will be renamed Reynolds' Grocery.
A combined meeting of the borough council Municipal Authority and partners including Johnson & Johnson Pittsburgh and Hill & Hill North East with engineers and borough solicitor Stuart Culbert is called at the municipal building.
