State wins $92800 award from Philadelphia cellar find

The state of Pennsylvania is awarded the $92,800 found in a South Philadelphia cellar on March 15 after a Common Pleas Court ruling. Judge Eugene V. Benjamin Gebermen, a bookkeeper earning $162 weekly, found the money in a cardboard look while searching for a shutter bulb. Several claimants were unable to prove ownership.
