Crawford County Judge F Joseph Thomas Friday refused four school districts injunctions seeking to halt interim operating committee meetings for the Sparta Corry merger. The districts claimed the February 15 deadline to convene the committee was binding, but the judge ruled the deadline not binding since the State Superior Court had not upheld the merger's constitutionality.
