Appeals Court Backs Judge On Photo Ban
The Pennsylvania based appeals court affirmed a judge’s authority to ban photography in courtrooms. The decision notes designating what information the public may access, ruling balance between public interest and orderly court proceedings. Prior cases in Westmoreland County had curtailed image capture of court participants, with citations to penalties for contempt and earlier supreme court actions upholding the ban.

Farmers may also receive annual storage payments ranging from 10 to 31 cents per bushel depending on grain type and state, encouraging new bins and reducing stockpile pressure.
