Ross J. Webb a former Erie traffic coordinator and state civil defense official on leave from the police department has been elected vice president of the Pennsylvania Battle Officers Association. A separate item notes 69 year old Tony Frisia of Meadville fell last night at the Italian Civic Lab and was taken by ambulance to Spencer Hospital in satisfactory condition awaiting X rays.
