Mortmer Snow arrived in Jamestown with his company for a week's engagement at Uyric theater. He woke Friday with a blank mind, an event described by local physicians as one of the strangest cases they had witnessed. The incident occurred after their arrival the previous Thursday.
A man registered at the Hotel Rathekeller on Friday afternoon and was later found by friends unconscious. He spoke to no one and did not recognize those he passed in the lobby before a physician was called.
