YMCA Calendar and Local News Briefs from Johnstown and Pittsburgh
A long YMCA schedule for Monday through Saturday details beginner and advanced swimming, life saving, and group activities across multiple rooms and venues, with buses to Wattsburg and Columbus. Interleaved are brief items: Johnstown Mayor Tompkins defending against crime probe politics, a Washington man retiring after 48 years with West Penn Power, and a Pittsburgh estate valued at 2.2 million by Col. G. Elkins Knable leaving shares to heirs.
