Government Aid To Housing All Spent Till July

Western Pennsylvania is out of 236 subsidy housing funds for the present fiscal year. The last 271 units were allocated to 43 builders in 10 counties, Lieberth said yesterday. He noted allocations were based on community need and past performance. The current year ends June 30 and totals about 2,500 units produced since 1969 under the federally subsidized program.
