Mentor Club Holds Dinner Meeting
The Mentor Club wrapped up its 1970-71 season at the Corry Motor Inn with 15 members and two guests. A post dinner gathering at Miss Naomi Johnson’s home featured impromptu piano and organ music by Mrs. Harold Flowers and Mrs. Glenn Henderson, baby-picture guessing won by Adele McCray, and new officers installed: Flowers president, Rickers vice president, Parker secretary, Henderson treasurer. A picnic is planned for August 7 at 1 p.m. at Mrs. Auer’s summer home in Columbus. DRIVING COMES EASY London John Fox, 18, passed his driving test on the first try after studying 15 lessons. he has been deaf and mute since birth.
