Route 6 Crash Injures Three One Critically
A three car wreck on Route 6 east of Union City near 9 pm injured six people including a 36 year old mother in critical condition at Memorial Hospital Union City. Carol Steadman 14 and Rudolph Albers 28 were treated for multiple lacerations and possible skull fracture while George Oswald 49 and Carl Weed 27 refused treatment for facial injuries. Weed was charged with careless driving and pled guilty in Gerry Justice Court. Traffic was halted for over an hour while the investigation continued.
