Albany May 5 Prison doors opened to thirteen offenders by Governor Roosevelt. Jamestown man James A Hall received twenty years to life for second degree murder in Chautauqua County, eleven years after the killing of Robert G Swanson in Camp Street Jamestown. Swanson, a Republican leader and Spanish American War veteran, died two weeks after being shot.
