Driver Impaled On Post In Fatal Boston Crash
A 28 year old man Thomas Brennan of Brockton was critically injured when a wooden fence post six inches thick pierced his chest after his car left a residential street and struck a wooden fence and utility pole. Rescue crews cut away the post and surgeons removed 18 inches from his body. Police said the car was traveling at 80 to 100 mph.
