Miss Kansas Misses Life In Emporia Crash
The 1964 Miss Kansas Margene Savage 20 her mother Marguerite 47 and James Kaminski 45 and his wife Gloria 43 died in a highway crash nine miles east of Emporia Kan. Injured were Ray Blasche 60 and Dora Blasche. Patrolman Olin Ramsey said Margene Savage could not stop for a left turning car causing the collision between the two vehicles.
