Theaiore Patchen, 40, a former head of the Erie State Liquor Control Unit, is under arrest in Pittsburgh on larceny charges linked to a raid near Monessen. Investigators say $275 and a gum chedi ng timber were missing, with Patchen and a ta ver n operator named. Patchen faces a Greensburg hearing Monday night as state troopers seek recovery of any seized money.
