Serpico and Exorcist Sparks in 1974 Film Review
A youth page review contrasts Serpico with The Exorcist and other 1974 cinema. It notes Frank Serpico’s incorruptible NYPD stance, the Knapp Commission, and public reverence, then discusses The Exorcist’s shocking content and religious themes, plus reactions to Walking Tall McQ and The Sting. The piece blends opinions on violence, morality, and cinematic impact with references to Pacino and the era’s star-driven films.
