Three men were arrested on warrants sworn by Probation Officer H. F. Wilbur for violating Pennsylvania school code by aiding parents who fail to send children to school between ages six and fourteen. Suspects William Poles, Frank Korwik, Vincent Autwin, and Alexander Deminus were brought before Alderman Hayes. bail set at 5 dollars each.
A group involved in passing raised counterfeit five and two dollar notes was tracked to Hanna, with Mariot Tin and others charged. Tinnalo Gaetiul, 36, assistant US attorney, received seven years. Fedora Linork, 80, and Glovkine Camine, 35, were sentenced to five and three years respectively. Sentences given in January in Jameniowen.
