Car Off Van Crashes Erie District Manager Die
ERIE PA March 14 Jack P Corley 43 of Lakewood died in a hospital here from a fractured skull and internal injuries after his car skidded 190 feet and struck a tractor trailer carrying autos. He was district manager for Dove Hermiston of Cleveland. The crash occurred on Route 20 seven miles west of Erie last night. An auto toppled onto Corley’s car from the truck as Gerald N Dye 24 of East Aurora and other motorists worked 30 minutes to free him before he died while not regaining consciousness.

Girl Hit By Train At Main Street Crossing
A child, described as a daughter of Elayton Muckdahongit, was severely injured when she walked into the side of Train No. 8 near Cambridge Springs at the Main Street crossing. Penn Flood Recedes After Severe Pennsylvania Floods
Flood waters in Pennsylvania receded today leaving a toll of four dead and property damage estimated at one million dollars.
