A 30 year old Civil Air Patrol officer Captain Robert Horner of Camp Hill was killed when his privately owned twin engined plane crashed on a farm two blocks from the Elmer Summy residence near Annville and Indiantown Gap. The craft en route from Harrisburg to Allentown crashed amid windy snow around 9 pm Thursday. Police unable to determine cause. Horner was unmarried and practicing attorney based in Harrisburg. The plane was owned by Horner and was believed heading to a CAP meeting when the accident occurred.
