Golden Wedding Anniversary Celebrated at West Pleasant Street
Henry Beennesholts and wife celebrated their Golden Wedding on February 26 at home on West Pleasant Street. Friends organized a full day of affectionate tributes, including a wedding breakfast tablecloth and dishes from fifty years ago. The event featured daffodils, a chicken dish praised by the Higin cooks, and speeches by Rev. Tih and Mr. Parkhurst. Guests included Mrs. Sipp and numerous relatives from Ohio and Pennsylvania, with a memorial service later for Mrs. Margaret McMahon.
