The case of Catherine Kensill and others against the city of Erie proceeded with a jury in the common pleas court before Judge Stennon Puoslay. Kensill seeks 10000 for injuries from a fall on a defective temporary sidewalk last May, with the trial highlighting damages to her automobile from a collision on West Lake road. Jamestown March 3 a fire shortly after 2 pm destroyed the frame dwelling owned and occupied by Alfred Anderson on Moroyt Avenue.
