Corry Store Opens Branch in Edinboro

John J. Rogers conducts an electrical store on North Center Street in Corry opening a new Edinboro branch. Edward Hawikina leaves for Edinboro to manage the venture. the Winnboro traction company has begun commercial power for residents. The Edinboro Rogers store will offer supplies wires and wiring contracts for homes stores and industries. Hawkins will remain in Edinboro for several months to manage the branch.

Traction Co. Moves Offices and Construction Progress

The Corry and Columbus Street Railway offices relocate to Room 3 on the second floor of the Traction building. Remodeling work for a new Breen store proceeds while ticketing remains at the Arcade. Behrman begins finishing the Journal building interior on South Street, aiming for April occupancy and moving the plant from the Traction building. The Arcade will expand into quartered space, and Steen store will share the Journal office area.
