Billy Bartsch age 11, son of Mr and Mrs Ott Bartsch of 115 Water Street, darted into traffic at Pennsylvania Ave and Water Street in Warren. He was struck on the left side by a Franklin sedan driven by Frederick G Eaton of 82 Prospect Street, at about 8:00 AM as pavement was slick. He was taken to Warren General Hospital for treatment after helpers at the scene and a Nash garage salesman assisted.
