Penelec Plan Aims to Ease Retroactive Rate Increase

Pennsylvania Electric Company proposed a consumer payment plan to cover retroactive portions of a rate increase approved by the Public Utility Commission. On June 2 the PUC acted on the rate application after 23 months, allowing new cases to raise about 15 million in annual revenues and setting the increase to take effect July 10, 1975 while ordering Penelec to file an approval plan.

An Allegheny Airlines jet with 103 aboard broke apart while landing at Philadelphia International Airport during a freak storm. Woman 90 Assaulted In Burglary Near Clinton Township

FRANKLIN An elderly Franklin woman Tillie Cramer, 90, says two women broke into her Clinton Township home around 4 p.m. Tuesday, struck her and fled in a faded yellow medium to large sedan.
