CONTINUE HUNT FOR LOST PAN AM CONSTELLATION
Rain hampered the air and ground search for the Pan American Constellation with 40 aboard missing since yesterday near Dakar. U S Air Force bombers arrived from Azores and Europe to join French American and Liberian planes scouring jungle and rain soaked bush. The pilot radioed a blacked out beam to Dakar and headed to Liberia's Roberts Field as a tornado struck Dakar area. Hope treated for indigestion after a sandwich.
