Raymond G. Weber, longtime Ajax Iron Works personnel director and former eight year city councilman, is named executive director of the Manufacturers Association of Erie. He replaces Howard Kelly, begins July 1st in Erie and will move there from Corry later this summer. Weber has chaired the city authority financing the sewage treatment system and North Hills golf, and has led local civic groups including the Chamber of Commerce United Fund and Corry YM YWCA. He will oversee the Erie office on West 10th Street. Kelly stays as consultant until retirement.
