Bride Marie Gluvna Weds David Mitchell at St Elizabeths
Marie Gluvna daughter of Cyril and Mrs Gluvna of R D 1 married David I Mitchell son of Mr and Mrs John Mitchell at St Elizabeths Church on June 7. Rev Cyril Kronz officiated with white gladioli and carnations. The ceremony featured a Watteau back neckline gown and three tier veil. Guests came from multiple cities as a reception for 500 followed at the Moose Lodge. The couple will reside at 245 East Church street after a Niagara Falls honeymoon. Marie is employed at Corry Foam, David at General Telephone in Erie.

The Women of the Mase will install new officers at Mbose Lodge Tuesday at 6 30 pm. Members guests and families are invited to attend and bring a wrapped gift. Corry Museum Opens. Visitors Welcome on Memorial Day
Since its official opening on Memorial Day the Corry Area Historical Museum at Mead Park has drawn local and out-of-town visitors. The museum, open Saturdays Sundays and holidays from 2 to 8 pm, is run by the Corry Area Historical Society with Frank Grice as president. Class of 1944 Reunion Highlights Forty Years On
The Cory High School Class of 1944 marked a 25th reunion with a dinner dance at Perry's Inn featuring The Goldentones, golf, a stag party, and an Elks Lodge open house. Attendees traveled from Meadville and across several states to gather, enjoy a luncheon, and plan the 30th reunion for 1974. Special guests included Minnie Koford and numerous former classmates, with events spanning Friday to Sunday and a family picnic at Mead Park amid variable weather.

Members and guests of the Corry Bridge Association played a four table Howell session at the Hotel last evening. The average score was 42. Winning couples were Mr and Mrs Vee Lindsey 35 percent, Mrs T H Treat and Robert Larsen 46 percent, Mr and Mrs Morgan Beverly 45, Mr and Mrs Charles Miller 43 44, and Mr and Mrs Larry Freed 42. A regular game is scheduled for next week at 7 30 p.m. at the Hotel Corry.
