Rabies Control in Pa. Sees Improved Year Over Year
State health secretary Dr Russell Teague reports the rabies situation in Pennsylvania is improving over last year. Only 11 animal cases in four months this year vs 208 in 1952, with seven counties affected. No human cases so far. Joint control efforts by Game Commission, Agriculture and Health are credited. Normal camp activities are projected in counties with reduced threat.
